1. Responsible for the preparation and process improvement of heat treatment production technology, work instructions;

2. Responsible for the quality planning, control, assurance and improvement of the heat treatment workshop;

3. Responsible for heat treatment process design of new products, tracking process trial production and analyzing test results;

4. Responsible for supervising the use and maintenance of heat treatment equipment in the workshop;

5. Responsible for providing required documents and accepting on-site audit and internal process audit in accordance with the requirements of related parties.

job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree, major in heat treatment of metal materials;

2. More than 3 years of heat treatment related experience, familiar with the process flow and processing principle of bearing manufacturing, and the quality management system of the automobile industry;

3. Familiar with Office software, CAD and other drawing software, with basic English reading and writing skills;

4. Possess good communication and coordination skills and anti-stress, the ability to systematically analyze and solve problems.
